You may not reply but how did this little guitar hold up.. I was playing an Ashton cheaper guitar this goes for around $700 plus in aus I wanna play Fleetwood ect and love the look and size would u recommend for beginners and something I would use all the time compared to a bigger one. Thanks :)

That's not the E1SS. It's the E10SS. You can tell because the E1SS doesn't have a gloss finish and white binding like the E10SS.

Nice playing. But you mixed up your description. You describe the Crossroad Thinline 35 with humbuckers, while this is clearly the 30, which has P90 and as far as I know is fully hollow. But they way, is this guitar nitro or just satin poly made to look a bit like nitro?

Getting GAS... That would so complement my Model America 1

I bought this guitar but before I did listened to this over and over again. It has that same sustain and beautiful tone as my Dowina Cocobolo. Stan's initials on the bracing! I have been playing it for about a week as it settles into its new home in Hawaii! Now I am on vacation and Jonesing to play it! Dowina's are just masterpieces of wood craftsmanship! My third Dowina!

I bought this guitar! Unbelievable sustain, tone and quality.

I think European alpine spruce is my favorite. It’s kind of the best of all worlds when it comes to spruce. It’s warmer than Adirondack but punchier than Sitka.

I have the exact same guitar = sounds & plays like a dream. Love it !!!

Is the Pre-War using medium or light strings? From the compressed version I’m getting over UA-cam the PreWar has a tighter low end but those Cpton’s come with Clapton light strings. Other strings sound better to me. Does the PreWar have a Red Spruce top? So it’s torrified and probably Red Spruce. The EC had no business there. I did prefer the upper register leads on the EC better. To me it was sweeter. I’d like to see the comparison with Martin being represented by an Authentic 000 or OM 28 series and the same strings.
